What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve assigned targets for Bioproduction products and services in the designated region
Provide sales support to Bioscience Account Managers and distributor partners by attending customer meetings and tradeshows
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including non‑Global Strategic Accounts
Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) data and provide market and competitor insights to internal teams
Prospect, forecast, and prepare sales proposals while planning customer visits at all organizational levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science Area
5‑10 years of experience in Bioproduction Sales
Strong leadership skills and a positive, motivating attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (SFDC)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing environments
Proven track record in customer‑focused sales strategies
Familiarity with market dynamics and funnel management in sales territories
