We’re seeking a
Partner Success Manager
to lead integration efforts and drive performance across our network of contractor partners. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and relationship management, ensuring our partners are successful in using Fastlane’s platform to grow their business.
You’ll be responsible for onboarding new partners, supporting their technical and operational integration, and continuously optimizing their performance. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams to deliver a best‑in‑class partner experience.
As a remote‑first organization, Fastlane Lending Solutions is geographically distributed across the United States. This role is fully remote anywhere in the United States and can also take advantage of Bayview’s offices in New York City, NY or Coral Gables, FL. Compensation range $69,000 to $81,000 in base pay, with meaningful bonus/upside potential negotiable based on experience and location.
Responsibilities
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with partner stakeholders.
Act as a strategic advisor, helping partners maximize value from Fastlane’s platform.
Gather feedback and advocate for partner needs internally.
Coordinate partner onboarding and ensure smooth integration across product and operational workflows.
Serve as the primary point of contact during initial setup and launch phases.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including funding volume and contractor activity per integration, support ticket volume and resolution time, forecast accuracy for partner pipeline, and ROI of partner programs (revenue vs. cost of support).
Conduct quarterly performance reviews with partners to assess results and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Support and Product teams to resolve partner issues quickly and effectively.
Ensure partner‑facing documentation and training materials are up to date and accessible.
Deliver regular reporting on partner performance and program health.
Identify trends and recommend improvements to partner programs and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or client services—ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or home improvement.
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and interpreting performance data.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools, support platforms, and basic data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
Experience in consumer lending, home improvement financing, or contractor services.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
