We are seeking an experienced Loan Closer or Loan Processor to join our team onsite in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage operations, proficiency in
Encompass software , and expertise in
balancing disclosures
to ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the loan process.
Base Pay Range $23.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Responsibilities
Review and prepare closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
Balance disclosures and closing statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Communicate with lenders, title companies, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Utilize
Encompass
to manage loan files and maintain accurate records.
Ensure all conditions are met prior to closing and deadlines are achieved.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Loan Closer or Loan Processor.
Proficiency in
Encompass
mortgage software.
Strong knowledge of CD balancing.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work onsite in Tampa, FL.
