The Executive Director, Global Enablement – Strategic Investments is responsible for shaping future‑facing global investment strategy and optimizing the partner ecosystem to deliver measurable business impact. This leadership role sets global investment standards, embeds governance frameworks, and advances innovation through automation, interoperability, and best‑in‑class practices. The remit spans strategy, governance, and transformation to ensure alignment across anchor markets and enable consistent adoption across the broader global network. Collaboration with global strategy, data, technology, and operations teams is central to enabling smarter investments and productivity‑focused outcomes. The Executive Director also oversees global reporting, compliance, and thought leadership initiatives that position the client as an industry leader in investment governance and partnership excellence.
Global Investment Strategy, Market Enablement, & Governance
Defines global investment strategy and governance standards, translating principles and guardrails into detailed playbooks across paid, owned, and earned media.
Establishes operating rhythms between global, anchor, and non‑anchor markets, supported by structured onboarding programs, training sessions, adoption trackers, and maturity scoring frameworks.
Maintains activation standards, QA protocols, and brand safety/suitability measures using tools such as DoubleVerify, updating guidance for regulatory changes and platform policies.
Aligns local market nuances with global priorities and customizes OMG marketplace updates and best practices for the client.
Partnerships, Commercial Models & Portfolio Performance
Leads Global Partnerships 4.0, including partner portfolio recalibration, evaluation scorecards, and performance‑based engagement models.
Oversees annual partner strategies—RFPs, contract negotiations, and multi‑year frameworks—balancing innovation, scale, and commercial value.
Defines global commercial constructs such as pricing models, rebate structures, value banks, performance guarantees, and co‑investment models, supported by standardized negotiation templates and value‑tracking protocols.
Develops partner maturity models assessing scalability, compliance, innovation readiness, and measurement sophistication; applies scorecards and ongoing performance reviews to guide investment allocation and long‑term partnership strategy.
Innovation, Optimization & Productivity Enablement
Owns global innovation roadmaps and test‑learn‑scale programs, sequencing pilots and proofs‑of‑concept across priority markets with defined hypotheses, success metrics, and scale criteria.
Integrates automation and AI into investment workflows, measurement systems, and optimization routines to improve speed and precision.
Operates enterprise optimization frameworks and benchmarking processes, using applied analytics to reallocate investments and institutionalize learnings in global playbooks.
Co‑leads 2026 Productivity Framework, linking investment decisions to productivity levers and counter‑investment initiatives, with KPIs and value‑tracking methodologies that quantify savings, cost avoidance, and reinvestment opportunities.
Reporting, Measurement & Thought Leadership
Oversees global investment scorecards, quarterly pacing reports, and compliance audits to ensure transparency and risk management.
Maintains governance templates, investment and credit tracking, and reporting standards that support consistent, board‑ready narratives.
Partners with data and analytics teams to evolve dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and harmonize measurements across markets and platforms.
Authors POVs on investment governance, commercial models, and partnership strategy; represents the client in global forums and councils; and shares case studies and best practices to reinforce industry leadership and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years in global media investment, strategic partnerships, or related fields within multinational organizations.
Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to design and implement global investment strategies, governance frameworks, and enablement programs across matrixed environments.
Commercial & Financial Acumen: Deep expertise in deal modeling, pricing constructs, rebate structures, and value‑tracking methodologies; strong ROI optimization skills.
Negotiation & Partnership Management: Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑party, multi‑market negotiations and managing global partnership portfolios.
Governance & Compliance: Strong knowledge of investment governance standards, scorecarding, QA frameworks, and brand safety protocols.
Innovation & Transformation: Experience driving automation, AI integration, and test‑learn‑scale programs to accelerate adoption of new technologies.
Productivity & Optimization: Ability to link investment decisions to productivity levers and counter‑investment initiatives, supported by KPI tracking and analytics.
Media & Ad Tech Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of cross‑channel media, ad tech platforms, and interoperability standards.

Compensation Compensation Range: $150,000—$250,000 USD
