is seeking an experienced

Credit Manager

to lead commercial credit operations and manage customer credit risk. This role partners closely with senior leadership and business owners to support sound credit decisions and continued business growth.

What You’ll Do

Review and approve customer credit applications, including financial statement analysis and risk assessment

Establish, monitor, and adjust credit limits and payment terms in accordance with company policy

Oversee accounts receivable exposure and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve credit issues

Communicate professionally with business owners, General Managers, and external customers on credit-related matters

Lead collection strategies while maintaining strong customer relationships

Ensure compliance with internal controls, credit policies, and applicable regulations

Prepare credit reports and provide insight on credit risk, trends, and exposure

Support continuous improvement of credit processes and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

Demonstrated job stability with a consistent work history

Experience in credit management within a

manufacturing, construction, or B2B environment

preferred

Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills

Professional, polished communication style with the ability to interact confidently with executives, business owners, and customers

High level of discretion, judgment, and integrity

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
