Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Property leasing and administration – show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents.

Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.

Conduct all functions necessary to close sales, including generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and follow‑up.

Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in.

Assist with lease audits, walking units, and the turnaround process.

Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.

Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (special promotions, newsletters, etc.).

Contribute to the upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model units.

Implement annual marketing plan outreach and complete market analysis reports.

Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; submit weekly market survey reports.

Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround.

Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.

Ensure consistency in dealing with residents and enforce community policies delegated by the supervisor.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Basic computer skills and understanding of onsite software functions.

Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

Regular movement and communication with others; routine repetitive motions.

Frequent use of ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and step stools; considerable standing or sitting periods.

Occasional work in confined spaces, overhead positions, and up to 25 lb lifting; ability to work overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies), and outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Full‑time employees receive paid sick days and company holidays.

Salary Range:

$18.00 to $19.00 per hour.
