Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join the P.B. Bell team and help us showcase The Laurel, an apartment community located in Chandler. We offer competitive pay, bonuses and benefits, a professional working environment and great growth potential.
As the Leasing Consultant, you will be the main point of contact with prospective residents. Your goal is to assist the Community Manager in marketing The Laurel apartment community. You will engage and interact with each visitor and resident, showcase the benefits of the community, effectively close each rental agreement, and problem‑solve any issues with current residents.
We are looking for an outgoing, professional, customer‑service oriented individual. Effective sales and multi‑tasking skills are required. Previous general office and computer experience will be necessary for completing daily duties. Property management experience is preferred. Availability on weekends and some weekdays is required.
Skills / Requirements
Previous experience in apartment leasing preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor is necessary
Effective sales and closing skills are essential
Excellent interpersonal skills required
Exceptional customer service skills are a must
Must be available to work weekends and some weekdays
