Develop and execute mechanical maintenance projects, including engineering drawings, bid packages, purchase requisitions, and spare parts setup, and oversee non‑visual pollution projects. Support LDPE and HDPE3 maintenance to ensure smooth operation, high‑quality production, and prevent unscheduled interruptions. Analyze equipment failures and prepare abnormal reports detailing root causes, corrective actions, and preventative measures to avoid future occurrences. Study and enforce proper high‑pressure piping and valves storage, testing, installation, maintenance, repair procedures, packing, lubrication, and precautions. Prepare Management of Change (MOC) for equipment design, procedures, inspections, maintenance, and temporary changes. Conduct internal audits on piping replacement, equipment serviceability, material identification, chemical usage, process safety PMs, leak repairs, and hazard compliance per management requirements. Integrate and utilize cross‑functional internal contacts and external contact resources to impact department goals and results optimally.
Requires bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related field and 24 months of relevant experience, or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related field.
