Traveling Construction Superintendent (Restaurant Projects)
This is a full-time, direct placement role at DCS, Inc.
DCS, Inc. is a general contractor primarily operating throughout the
Southeastern United States
for over the past 20 years. Based in Alpharetta, GA, we have completed over 600 successful projects from planning to completion. Integrity builds relationships and is central to our ethos and approach to working.
Responsibilities
Manage construction, manpower, financial, safety, and reporting activities associated with ground-up and tenant finish projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
Maintain excellent communication; upload weekly and daily reports.
Travel to any of the 15 southern U.S. states in which we are licensed for project work.
Lead projects in the following sectors: Gas Stations, Retail, Automotive, Restaurant, Commercial Office, and Financial Institutions.

Driver's License (Required)
OSHA 10 (Preferred)
OSHA 30 (Preferred)
NPDS certification
Willingness to travel required
5 years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salary $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
