Insurance Sales Representative

to help homeowners protect their assets. We offer a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with a strong focus on customer success. Base Pay Range

$65,000–$100,000 per year. On‑target earnings (OTE) start at $87,500, with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers via inbound inquiries across phone, email, and text, and recommend tailored insurance solutions. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships, applying effective sales techniques, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. Communicate the benefits of our products, address customer questions with confidence, and guide complex insurance concepts into clear, actionable steps. Leverage company‑generated leads to drive sales, consistently following up and moving prospects through the funnel toward a successful close. Collaborate with underwriters and customer‑service reps to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to policy issuance. Adopt efficient use of CRMs and telephone software, and maintain accurate customer records. Qualifications

At least 6 months P&C insurance sales experience in a fast‑paced environment; homeowners, auto, or call‑center experience is a plus. Active P&C license in the state of residence; CE requirements maintained. Strong communication skills, natural ability to build trust, and proven closing history. Results‑oriented, self‑motivated with a passion for hitting sales goals and meeting metrics. Fluent Spanish preferred, with other bilingual abilities a benefit. Bonus: California or Surplus Lines license. Shift & Training Requirements

Monday–Friday shifts: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM CST. Rotating Saturday shift required every 4–6 weeks. Mandatory paid 8‑plus‑week training period. Compensation at a Glance

Base salary: $43,500. $4,000 annual bonus based on policy attainment goals. Uncapped monthly earnings, with a guaranteed $1,500 per month for the first three months. Monthly incentives from the Kin Sales Incentive Program. Benefits Summary
