Job Description
A RRE Loan Processor is an investigator of the information provided from the sales staff to support the loan program selected to ensure the file meets underwriting conditions to move it to closing. Processor also works with post‑closing area to ensure the file is salable to investors. Processor II will handle Express, Advanced and Bond files.
Responsibilities
• Investigate information from sales staff to ensure files meet underwriting conditions. • Work with post‑closing area to verify file salability to investors.
Qualifications
Level 2 processor should possess knowledge of conventional, FHA and VA products; bond or state agency programs is highly desired. Must have strong communication skills to work with loan originators, borrowers, and realtors. Communicates verbally and in writing. Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines. Must be well organized and able to multitask on handling many files at the same time. This is not an entry‑level position.
