What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze enterprise demand, capacity, resource utilization, and delivery data to support portfolio prioritization and sequencing Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance visibility into work intake and strategic alignment Conduct regular reviews of portfolio data to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards Build and maintain dashboards that visualize demand, capacity, and overall portfolio health Publish recurring portfolio reports for senior leadership and translate complex data into actionable visuals What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in a related field Experience in portfolio management, project analytics, PMO operations, or a similar data-driven role Strong understanding of demand and capacity concepts with the ability to interpret relevant data Hands‑on experience with PPM tools (Clarity, Planview, or equivalent) Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data modeling How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools Background in supporting portfolio prioritization or enterprise governance
