Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mortgage Banker based in Huntsville, AL, with the flexibility for some work‑from‑home responsibilities. The Mortgage Banker will originate and manage residential mortgage loans while maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include evaluating borrower financial profiles, guiding clients through the loan application process, ensuring compliance with loan guidelines, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide outstanding service. The role requires accurate and timely processing of loan documents and working to meet service and performance goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and Residential Mortgage processes
Strong knowledge of Mortgages, Loans, and related financial instruments
Understanding of Finance concepts and their application in loan processing
Excellent communication and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining in‑office and remote workflows
Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
