$43,000.00 – $93,000.00 (plus incentive program) Key Responsibilities

Serve as main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance on coverage changes and contractual requirements, and educating on policy exclusions/exposures. Partner in strategic development of insurance plans tailored to client needs. Act as field underwriter and authorized representative of carriers to assess and bind coverage. Strategically manage renewal remarketing to ensure high account retention rates. Oversee preparation of client proposals, including submissions, loss evaluations, and risk analyses. Prepare comprehensive summaries of insurance schedules, binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and related documents. Assist clients in submitting first reports of claims and facilitate prompt response from carriers for settlement. Conduct thorough policy reviews during renewals and audits, verifying accuracy and addressing corrections. Review cancellation requests, attempting to retain accounts while maintaining company’s financial integrity. Stay informed about industry developments, new products, legislation, coverage options, and technological advancements. Recommend process improvements as needed. Identify and resolve complex client service issues quickly. Perform other projects, duties, and tasks as assigned. Success Criteria & Qualifications

Required: Property and Casualty license in state of domicile; preference for designations such as AINS, CIC, CPCU, ARM. High school diploma or equivalent required; four‑year degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of account management experience in commercial lines insurance. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus or required in some locations. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for in-person and virtual sessions. In-depth understanding of advanced commercial lines coverage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Computer literate and able to learn new software. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, ratings, and underwriting procedures. Valid driver’s license, ability to travel to client sites, and reliable transportation. Benefits
