Sales aptitude: ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities effectively; sales experience not required.
Dedication to learning: receive ongoing sales and industry training to succeed.
Communication skills: ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Empathy: willingness and capacity to connect with clients.
Adaptability: resilience and openness to adapt to industry changes.
