Responsibilities
Guide buyers through every step of the home purchasing process, ensuring all contracts are properly completed and offering expert advice on property selection
Act as a representative for both buyers and sellers during negotiations to secure the best possible terms
Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions using Commentary CRM
Submit all required documentation promptly to the office to ensure smooth workflow
Actively follow up on leads to turn prospects into scheduled appointments
Engage regularly in webinars and training sessions to continuously improve professional skills
Collaborate with sellers to secure listings and develop effective marketing plans
Offer expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and essential preparations for listings
Organize and conduct monthly open houses to highlight properties and draw in potential buyers
Allocate consistent weekly time for prospecting and building new client relationships
Work independently with strong self‑drive while utilizing ongoing support from the company
Qualifications To thrive in this position, applicants must possess a current real estate license and a proven track record of successful sales. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are crucial, along with a cooperative approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Current real estate license with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales
Demonstrated ability to close at least six transactions annually

Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset
