We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Parts Manager

to lead our Toyota dealership''s parts department. This role focuses on managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring top-tier customer service while supporting the dealership''s overall success. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering and stocking parts accurately and promptly. Supervise and train parts department staff to deliver excellent customer service. Collaborate with the service and sales departments to meet their parts needs effectively. Monitor and analyze parts sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth. Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce expenses. Ensure compliance with all dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to parts availability or service. Prepare and manage department budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Promote Toyota OEM parts and accessories to increase sales and customer satisfaction. 3+ years of experience in a parts department, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. Knowledge of automotive parts inventory management and ordering processes. Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. Familiarity with dealership management software and computer applications. Valid driver''s license and a clean driving record. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license. Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record of driving parts sales growth and department profitability. Performance-based earnings range: $120,000 - $150,000+ / year Actual earnings depend on performance.
