In the role of Ethics & Compliance Specialist working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Americas Legal, Ethics & Compliance and Government Affairs team. As the SME for ethics and compliance topics, you will be the central source of knowledge on systems, processes, procedures, and training and communication resources, as well as project work related to various programs and initiatives. The position reports and provides support to the Director Ethics & Compliance in executing both regional and program initiatives aimed at mitigating compliance risk and managing inquiries and issues in the Americas region.

Responsibilities and Duties

Support policy management, including owning the update schedule, coordinating and aligning with cross‑functional stakeholder groups for reviews and updates.

Assist in identifying and editing necessary policies to further the company’s compliance objectives.

Draft, create, update and/or lead employee trainings.

Support management, development of technical requirements, and process improvements for E&C systems and tools.

Support third‑party due diligence review and maintenance, collecting, analyzing and organizing key materials for reports on initial vetting and audits.

Coordinate projects related to data privacy, anti‑corruption, investigations, anti‑competition, records management, and other aspects of the ethics and compliance program.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in ethics & compliance, internal audit, legal, or human resources.

1 to 3 years of relevant ethics and compliance experience, including supporting investigations and managing ethics and compliance related issues.

Strong organizational and communication skills; intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint.

Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly, understanding business priorities.

Relationship‑building and collaboration skills.

Benefits and Compensation Flexible work programs supporting work‑life balance, including a hybrid model of four days in the office. Total Rewards: competitive base salary ranging from $60,900 to $80,000, plus a 10% target short‑term incentive and approximately $23,000 per employee on average spent on benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, Employee Assistance Program, paid time off, holidays, vacation, and sick days).
