We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our network and build meaningful research partnerships. This role begins with high‑commission project‑based work, and develops into a manager role as we expand. We’re looking for someone passionate about creating new client relationships and someone who is aligned with our core values. We help businesses and organizations achieve measurable results through strategic consulting, data‑driven insights, and creative solutions. Our work spans B2B marketing, analytics, publications, and operational strategy, with a strong focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering impactful outcomes. We’re seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Reno team either in person or remotely.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Develop outreach strategies to promote our services.
Assist with proposals and follow‑up communications.
Support marketing efforts and client engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
College degree preferred, but not required with experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self‑driven and comfortable working independently.
Experience in sales, marketing, or client relations preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
