About the Role As the

Growth & Partner Success Manager

you will play a pivotal role in expanding and optimizing breeder engagement within our marketplace. You will develop high‑impact strategies to improve breeder retention, streamline customer‑success operations, and drive community engagement.

Key Functions of this Role Breeder Relationship Management

Identify, engage and maintain breeder partnerships through strategic outreach.

Develop communication strategies and best practices to improve breeder satisfaction.

Lifecycle Marketing & Campaigns

Build and manage Customer.io campaigns to enhance engagement and retention for our breeder community.

Analyze and optimise marketing strategies to increase breeder participation.

Community Engagement

Manage and grow online communities to strengthen brand presence.

Develop initiatives that foster breeder trust and engagement.

Customer Success Team Leadership

Train and mentor a team of Customer Success Specialists for optimal breeder interactions.

Develop talk‑tracks and outreach strategies to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Direct Communication & Relationship Building

Engage breeders through direct phone conversations to build trust and resolve concerns.

Serve as a key escalation point and implement proactive outreach strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer engagement, grassroots marketing/partnerships, or community management within a marketplace or startup.

Strong team leadership and operational expertise, including experience supporting a customer support or customer‑success team.

Ability to develop and refine talk tracks, training materials and outreach strategies to improve team performance.

Proficiency with Customer.io (or a similar email‑marketing/CRM tool) to create and manage marketing campaigns.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with direct phone outreach and relationship‑building.

Data‑driven mindset – able to analyse engagement metrics and optimise strategies based on insights.

Additional Preferences

Experience in a marketplace business or early‑stage start‑up.

Background in sales, customer success or business development.

Understanding of flexible, early‑stage start‑up experiences.

Requirements This role has EST working hours.
