Business Development Manager - Multi-family Construction
Base pay: $120,000 - $170,000 per year.
Location: Dallas, TX.
We are a dynamic, employee‑owned construction company specializing in multi‑family, corporate, retail, healthcare, and industrial projects. We seek a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Present business proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new projects.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business development within the construction industry, preferably focused on ground‑up multi‑family construction.
Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM software and client management tools.
