About The Role We’re looking for an entry‑level Business Development Representative to support and manage new and existing accounts for RTS Carrier Services. The role focuses on onboarding new business and maintaining/growing wallet‑share of the managed book. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated with an outbound sales mindset.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with the sales team to set up new business.

Coordinate onboarding of new clients.

Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships.

Analyze existing client accounts to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Ensure timely delivery of requests and solutions per client needs.

Communicate the status of all client relationships clearly and timely.

Assist with high‑severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Use required processes to maximize performance and yield; maintain consistency with senior‑management strategies.

Participate in strategic planning, including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, and penetration plans.

Assess market potential, competitive pricing, and profitability for existing models and help develop new models.

Assist in product marketing, product launch, new business development, presentations, sales tools, and competitive analysis.

Continuously refine all processes to stay ahead of customers in relevant industries.

Track metrics for all programs and activities.

Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of customer service/account management experience.

Passion to learn and relationship‑driven.

Desire to thrive in a competitive sales team environment.

Highly organized and able to multi‑task.

Self‑motivated and self‑sufficient, comfortable seeking guidance when needed.

Critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail.

Excellent computer skills (Salesforce & Microsoft Office Suite).

Strong interpersonal communication skills, written & verbal.

Bilingual skills not required but a plus.
