Who are we looking for?
A passion to help children with autism and their families live their best lives
Integrity to always do what is right for the child and family
Ability to hold yourself to the highest standards of quality in everything you do
Transparency, accessibility, and innovation as a Behavior Analyst
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Completed at least 12 semester units in a verified Master's of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited university
At least one year of designing or implementing behavior analytic services
Completion of at least 500 total fieldwork hours with at least 300 unrestricted
Must maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
