What it takes:
Lead the development and execution of insight-driven, multichannel strategies and tactical plans that satisfy the business goals of our pharmaceutical clients and beyond
Know how to leverage audience targets, analytics data, digital trends, user behaviors, competitive audits and asset/experience evaluations to inform the marketing approach
Have a strong passion for technology and innovation
Be a champion for best practices across all digital channels and media formats
Collaborate with account, strategy and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs
Uncover digital insights and provide thought leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related discipline
3+ years of experience in digital strategy with an emphasis on social media
Experience designing data-driven multichannel strategies utilizing social media, website, paid media, and email
Experience deploying social media campaigns and reporting data and learnings
Strong understanding of social media platform best practices and capabilities. Experience building channel strategies and educating peers a plus
Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research data, with experience transforming data into actionable insights
Working knowledge of website UX and SEO. Experience using SEMRush and/or similar SEO tools a plus
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with limited guidance
A sense of humor and collaborative approach
Agency and/or medical affairs experience preferred but not required
