Responsibilities
Quickly engage and build trust with inbound leads
Guide buyers through the entire purchase process with confidence and care
Educate clients on market trends, financing options, and neighborhoods
Collaborate with a high-performance team that values results and service
Guide buyers through the end-to-end buying process to find the best property for their needs
Qualifications
Hold (or are pursuing) an active Delaware real estate license (bonus if you are also licensed in PA and/or MD)
Show up with focus, fire, and total commitment—every single day
