Essential Responsibilities
Inspect, recondition, and repair vehicles to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively.
Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in engine repair, steering & suspension, brakes, heating & air conditioning.
Knowledge of health and safety compliance.
Manual dexterity and physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects and stand/walk for extended periods.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Maintain ASE certifications as required by state/local law; in California, maintain A1, A4, A5, A7 for Certified Technicians, and additional credentials for Master Certified Technicians.
