We recently expanded our expertise with the launch of True Society in 2019, a global bridal collective that offers brides a personalized shopping experience across the U.S., Australia, and Europe.
The Opportunity As Retail HR Manager (Director of Human Resources – Global Sales internally) you will serve as an integral team member alongside regional HR leaders and global sales and retail leaders across the U.S., Europe and Australia to shape the future of our retail and wholesale sales organizations.
What You Will Do
Act as a senior-level HR business partner for global sales, partnering with senior retail and wholesale leaders to drive talent strategies and performance.
Lead global retail workforce planning, working closely with regional HR leaders on talent acquisition and succession planning initiatives.
Personally manage critical sales hiring efforts for key markets and leadership roles.
Design and implement onboarding, training, and performance management frameworks that hold teams accountable to KPIs and business results.
Ensure consistent HR practices and compliance with internal processes and employment laws across all global locations.
Collaborate closely with global HR stakeholders to align policies, systems, and tools for a unified employee experience.
Advise on compensation and incentive strategies aligned with KPI’s to drive performance in retail and wholesale sales functions.
Support system alignment (HRIS, scheduling, appointment management) and participate in vendor evaluations for the global retail organization.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in retail or sales-driven environments.
Strategic thinker who is hands‑on, comfortable leading initiatives and recruiting key sales talent.
Deep knowledge of global HR practices and experience developing procedures and policies with consistency and compliance across multiple countries.
Experienced in driving consistency and scalability of HR processes across geographically dispersed teams.
Strong performance management, coaching, and organizational development skills.
Ability to align people strategies with sales goals, team culture, and customer experience.
Customer-service driven with professional presence and ability to interface effectively with employees at all levels.
Business acumen and professional maturity; ability to represent the company to candidates, vendors, and external parties per brand image and standards.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to consult on talent planning and organizational design strategies.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with HRIS systems.
SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or similar certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
