As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines introducing our platform and AI‑powered solutions to executives across top banks, credit unions, and private lenders.
The ideal candidate is excited to drive revenue across our organization and treat Built’s business as their own. It’s a strategic, research‑driven opportunity designed for ambitious, analytically minded professionals who want to grow into highly consultative Enterprise Account Executives.
In this Role, You Will:
Research and map complex financial institutions to identify key stakeholders and strategic initiatives.
Engage executives through thoughtful outreach that demonstrates an understanding of their portfolios, challenges, and market opportunities.
Partner closely with senior Account Executives and Marketing to craft intelligent, data‑driven campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
Build credibility and trust by articulating how Built’s solutions impact capital efficiency, risk management, and operational performance.
Represent Built at industry conferences and events, helping drive brand awareness and new relationships.
Continuously analyze outreach data and market insights to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Document and manage all interactions within CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and visibility across teams.

Quickly ramp up your understanding of the construction lending industry in order to effectively establish trust and credibility with executives at target accounts.
Continuous personal development regarding sales techniques and strategies.
Develop or harden your expertise in real estate, real‑estate lending, and construction lending.
Be fluid and dynamic to change.
Qualifications:
4‑year degree in any major (finance, economics, or business preferred).
0‑2 years of experience in a sales or finance‑related role.
Insatiable curiosity and an analytical focus.
Proven ability to analyze complex information and communicate it simply.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High initiative, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn enterprise software sales.
Built’s salary range for this position is $75,000 - 85,000 USD per year plus commission. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built’s total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Built will include equity, top‑notch medical, dental and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.
