Senior Consultant (Salesforce Admin)

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the
administration and maintenance
of the Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage
user access, security settings, sharing rules , and enforce best practices.
Handle
support tickets
and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
gather requirements and implement improvements
that drive adoption and efficiency.
Perform
proactive system maintenance , including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and Optimizer.
Oversee
sandbox environments, backups , and integrated applications.
Ensure
governance and compliance
across all Salesforce processes.
Continuously look for opportunities to
innovate and improve , embracing new features and updates to keep the platform future‑ready.
What We're Looking For
A
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience
with strong product knowledge.
Salesforce
Administrator Certification
and familiarity with triggers/Apex code.
A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for
continuous improvement .
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a global team.
Self‑driven, adaptable, and eager to learn—someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces challenges as opportunities for growth.
