Job Details Role Responsibilities:

Responsible for all phases of the construction project including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are strictly followed and work proceeds on schedule and within budget

Responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control and job site safety

Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure a timely project completion

Communicate with project team regarding material submittals

Confirm that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with contracted scope

Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards

Advise project team of conflicts in construction progress

Ensure the jobsite if kept in a clean and organized manner

erform job progress schedule (two week look ahead) through project completion

Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite

Demonstrate group presentation skills

Identify work areas that are outside of subcontracted scope

Opening and closing of jobsite each day

Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions

Preside a preconstruction meeting and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings with subcontractors

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Education and Experience Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ of verifiable construction experience through knowledge of trades

Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)

Ability to read and interpret documents such as construction drawings, submittals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals

Preferred Qualifications:

Procore and CMiC experience is preferred but not required

Experience delivering Corporate Workplace, Healthcare (hospital, lab, sterile environments, etc.) or Higher Education projects

Other :

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards

This job requires frequent sitting, walking, standing bending, reaching and, often working on a computer. Due to computer usage, repetitive motions of the hands, fingers and wrists may occur

He/she must be able to navigate the jobsite and is expected to be able to comply with all safety regulations in the office and on the job site

Traveling to our other offices, clients and vendors is required

During peak workload, more than 40 hours per week will be required, which may include night and weekend work
