Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote a positive work environment and ensure quality care delivery Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans for residents Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and make recommendations for improvement Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and quality assurance initiatives Qualifications:
