Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budgets
Design and coordinate customized vacation packages including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent communication
Stay informed on top destinations, seasonal promotions, and travel trends to provide expert recommendations
Assist clients with itinerary adjustments and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Background in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred (travel experience is a plus)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Must be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
