Acrotech is expanding! Our company focuses on three key areas: oncology, dermatology, and biosimilars. Acrotech currently markets a portfolio of 5 oncology products including 2 of the leading products in Peripheral T‑Cell Lymphoma (PTCL), a rare and aggressive blood cancer. Acrotech recently submitted an NDA for a novel dermatology product. We are also preparing to launch a novel treatment for chemotherapy‑induced neutropenia (CIN). Our business development team is actively looking for additional products to accelerate our growth. Job Overview The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) will help support the growth of our Oncology Portfolio by identifying market needs and opportunities. The Associate Director, Regional TLL is an exceptional leader with deep oncology experience. The position is a field‑based, marketing position that will work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional societies/advocacy groups, and field sales to build advocates, generate broader awareness of Acrotech Biopharma and its oncology portfolio.

The Associate Director, TLL will report into Marketing and will focus on four key areas but may have additional assignments based on need. These four areas are: market insight gathering, KOL engagement, professional society/advocacy group engagement, and field sales support. All TLL interactions are always within label and consistent with commercial compliance, legal and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates MUST reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma. Because of the extensive travel candidates must also have easy access to a major airport.

Responsibilities Market Insight Gathering

Gain KOL insights and perceptions of Acrotech Biopharma brands

Monitor competitive landscape, treatment protocols, and other market trends and reports finding to Marketing leadership

Provide support for commercial Advisory Boards and Speaker Programs including:

Identifying potential participants

Coordinating consulting arrangements

Gathering contracts for Advisory Boards and Speaker Programs

Supporting the development of national brand strategy based on insights gained in regional markets

Sharing insights with the field sales team to ensure strategic and tactical cohesiveness

KOL Engagement

Identify, profile, cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with KOLs within the assigned region.

Build advocacy for Acrotech and its brands among KOLs

Engage with KOLs through:

On‑label discussions

Disease state education

Speaker program education

Identify and cultivate potential speakers

Professional Society/Patient Advocacy Engagement

Support commercial activities at Medical Congresses/Conventions:

Help develop commercial plans for congresses

Collaborate with MSLs to determine objective of KOL Executive Encounters. Take lead on Commercial driven encounters between KOLs and appropriate Acrotech Biopharma leadership

Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long‑term relationships with leadership at key professional societies/advocacy groups

Field Sales Support

Support pull‑through of marketing strategy within field sales

Coordinate field activities with OAMs, RSDs, Marketing, and Market Access

Support Sales Training for OAMs during POAs, training classes, and field rides

Qualifications – Skills & Requirements

BA/BS degree in science or business related discipline

10+ years of pharma/biotech experience

5+ years of oncology or hematology experience

Holds a KOL advocacy role or extensive KOL relationships in the Lymphoma/Leukemia marketplace

Broad range of leadership competencies and ability to work in a cross‑functional role

Demonstrated competency in the development and execution of account specific business planning

Ability to travel overnight to cover a multi‑state geography and attend home office, local/regional/national meetings and conventions as necessary

Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills

Role model for Acrotech Biopharma leadership competencies and foster a high performance culture

Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends as required

The work is performed in a typical home office environment with heavy computer duty and easy access to a major airport

Compensation $165,000 to $205,000 per year, Annual Bonus, Long‑term Incentive Plan. Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with employer match, EAP, critical illness, accidental and identity theft insurance. Paid time off – paid vacation, PTO, holidays.
