We’re looking for a
Chief of Staff
to serve as the CEO’s operational counterpart, a business athlete who can
run the day-to-day operations of the company,
drive execution across functions, and ensure every major initiative is delivered with precision.
You’ll be the connective tissue between the
CEO and department heads
(Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Sales). You’ll own the operating rhythm, drive cross‑functional accountability, and continuously improve the systems that power Entegrata’s growth.
We are an early stage SaaS company that builds turnkey lakehouses for the legal vertical. We have 7 figures in ARR, having tripled our revenue last year and doubled our team. We expect the same growth in 2026. We have an HQ in Indy, where about half our team reside, the other half are all in North America.
