Responsibilities
Conduct professional listing consultations to understand homeowner goals, timelines, and pricing strategy.
Prepare and present high‑impact listing presentations backed by Tillung Tampa Bay’s proven systems.
Manage every step of the listing process—from pre‑listing preparation to close with precision, communication, and clarity.
Coordinate with marketing, media vendors, and support staff to launch listings with world‑class exposure.
Advise clients on market trends, pricing insights, staging, and property preparation to maximize value.
Negotiate offers and inspection terms with confidence, strategy, and professionalism.
Deliver a concierge‑level client experience that is transparent, proactive, and results‑driven.
Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments.
Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate.
Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business.
Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price.
Qualifications
Highly driven, self‑motivated, and committed to excellence.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional organizational and project‑management abilities.
Tech‑forward and comfortable using modern real‑estate platforms and tools.
Prior listing or strong sales experience preferred.
Three professional references required (please include on the last page of your resume).
A valid Florida Real Estate License is required for this role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information.
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
At least one year of work experience in real estate sales.
Compensation $100,000+
