Job Title: Server Assistant
Position Summary:
The Server Assistant supports waitstaff and ensures smooth and efficient restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables, and assisting with guest needs. This role is key to providing a seamless dining experience and upholding high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart
Refill water glasses and assist in delivering food and beverages to tables
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Assist servers with pre-bussing and guest requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of server stations and dining areas
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Attention to detail and customer service orientation
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Pay Rate starts at $11.70 per hour and will move up based on experience
