Assurance Senior Associate
to join the
Affordable Housing
team in our
New York office .
This position is hybrid; most team members are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. We encourage in‑person collaboration about three days a week, with flexibility determined at the team level.
YOUR TEAM This role will support our

YOUR ROLE Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
Take responsibility for pre‑engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
Develop detailed engagement work plans
Illustrate budgets and schedules
Actively participate in proposals
Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
YOUR EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
CPA designation or the ability to sit for the CPA exam(s)
3+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required
Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus
Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
