You will provide expert financial solutions to both existing and prospective clients by taking time to understand their financial needs and offering recommendations through appropriate bank products and services to help them accomplish their current and future financial goals.Relationship Bankers actively promote Simmons Bank solutions to our customer base and prospects through daily interactions, outbound calling efforts, business visits, community and networking activities, and periodic “At Work” events. You will be expected to achieve or exceed established individual and branch goals while helping to create a positive, relationship-focused environment.In addition, Relationship Bankers may assist clients with account service and maintenance requests, teller transactions, problem resolution, and other transactional needs. It is expected that Relationship Bankers consistently demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and serve as strong Simmons ambassadors while meeting and exceeding client expectations. All Relationship Banker positions receive comprehensive training on products, services, needs-based conversations, and the tools necessary to perform the role successfully.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Share and recommend the bank’s full scope of resources with customers, including traditional in-branch services, digital banking tools, and specialized business partner solutions.Meet individual performance goals by consistently engaging in both in-person interactions and outbound calling activities that create opportunities to offer meaningful, needs-based financial recommendations.Perform all functions related to opening and closing accounts, including assisting customers with appropriate account selection, researching account inquiries, and ensuring full compliance with BSA and CIP requirements.Facilitate consumer loan requests by soliciting applications, maintaining knowledge of loan policies and procedures, and supporting the branch’s consumer loan portfolio.Identify client needs and provide referrals to appropriate bank partners, including small business banking, corporate and institutional banking, mortgage, and financial advisory teams.Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, attentive service, and follow-through.Ensure all departmental documentation and activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including timely completion of all required compliance training.Process customer requests and transactions accurately, efficiently, and professionally while engaging in genuine conversations to uncover financial needs and recommend solutions.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
