Garage Renewal Underwriter

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and underwriting garage renewal accounts, ensuring profitability, and maintaining strong relationships with agents and carriers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering tailored insurance solutions for garage-related risks.

How You'll Make an Impact

Renewal Underwriting:

Evaluate and underwrite garage renewal accounts in accordance with company guidelines and standards.

Assess risks, analyze loss history, and determine appropriate coverage terms and pricing.

Ensure timely processing of renewals to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.

Agent and Carrier Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and brokers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Collaborate with carriers to negotiate terms and secure competitive coverage options.

Risk Assessment and Decision-Making:

Analyze risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

Make sound underwriting decisions to ensure profitability and compliance with company objectives.

Documentation and Compliance:

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all underwriting activities.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the underwriting team to achieve business goals and support growth initiatives.

Share market insights and contribute to the development of underwriting strategies.

About You Required:

Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
