We looking for energetic, results-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our San Fernando Valley portfolio. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years total Property Maintenance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisor capacity. Qualified candidate must have their HVAC certification. Individuals must have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Supervise team of maintenance tech and porters.
Keep track of inventory levels and report any needs for replenishment throughout properties.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors specialized repairs, when necessary.
Completing maintenance service requests.
Apartment turnovers.
Maintaining curb appeal.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in apartment maintenance for 150+ units.
Must be HVAC certified
Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) is a must!
Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
