We are seeking a leader who is motivated to succeed and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Train, develop, and inspire a top-performing sales team Create and execute successful sales strategies Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process Handle all deal paperwork and data in compliance with Hertrich standards Maximize profitability on every deal Provide backup support for the Finance Manager as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Sales or Finance Management (or a combination of both) preferred but will consider sales professional with good dealership tenure looking to move up. Proficiency in CRM systems Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Results-driven with a high-energy, self-motivated approach Experience in used car buying/appraising is a plus Auto Manufacturer Master Sales/Management Certifications are a plus Flexible schedule including weekends High School Diploma or GED required; College degree a plus Hertrich is an Equal Opportunity Employer
