Construction Sales Specialist

A licensed and certified Boise, Idaho water restoration company has an immediate opening for a Construction Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with proven success record and a minimum of 5 years’ experience of sales in business to business sales and marketing. Company specializes in the Water Fire and Mold Restoration as well as a General Contractor for insurance and commercial industry. We seek a top sales/marketing representative to become part of our team. Responsibilities include: Learn, train on and use our proprietary contact software. New Account development. Cold calling to set appointments One-on-one and group meetings Coordinate and conduct training presentations. Follow through via letters, literature, email, etc. Being persistent to obtain work Account Management & follow through Learn and understand our messaging and sales strategy Increase business with current accounts by delivering personalized service Manage new assignments as they come in Ensure service needs are being met/exceeded. Entertain clients as necessary Regular visits to nurture relationships Desired Qualifications : Excellent relationship building skills Strong presentation computer organizational and communication skills Strong work ethic Willingness to go the extra mile is a must Valid DL Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment background and drug screen Compensation package is performance based – and includes base salary , sales commissions, and expenses allowance.
