Responsibilities Include:
Generating new leads and business opportunities
Bringing on new client accounts
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting overall revenue growth initiatives
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience in insurance or employee benefits sales
Proven ability to close new business
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Salary: $150k/Year + Commission
