Account Management (Mortgage Operations) Agility 360 is searching for experienced Account Management (Mortgage Ops) for a permanent position with our growing client. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in a retail lending environment. The ARMO will be responsible for the operational management of client relationships, providing quality service by maintaining client accounts (pipeline management), including managing aged loans, lending regular client calls, and following up on escalations as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of up to 30 clients

Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communications SLAs

Review documentation, clearing or creating conditions as needed

Conduct all withdraw/cancellation requests

Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, etc

Move a seller's pipeline forward towards funding

Any other assigned duties, as needed

Experience

Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Mortgage (preferably in origination or correspondent lending)

Strong working knowledge for Encompass

Client service focus

Loan quality and risk management

Production and performance

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service skills – ability to build rapport quickly

Strong aptitude for detail, accuracy, and organization

Ability to work in a high-volume environment

Permanent role with a growing lender

Schedule: Hybrid (M-Th: in office, F: remote)

Location: Irving, TX

Pay rate: Based on experience

Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening
