# Senior Sales ManagerNew York City### Job TitleSenior Sales Manager### LocationNew York City### Job Description**About the Role:**As one of Turnkey’s earliest sales leaders, you’ll own team development, coaching, and performance for a pod of up to 10 sellers. You will help shape the foundation of the sales organization, strengthen the outbound and pipeline motion, and partner cross-functionally with leadership to refine the go-to-market strategy.* Lead and mentor a team of AEs and BDRs* Drive consistent attainment across mid-market and enterprise segments.* Build repeatable, scalable sales processes as Turnkey enters its next growth stage.* Work closely with leadership to refine segmentation as pipeline matures.* Ensure pipeline quality, strong forecasting discipline, and predictable execution.* Partner with marketing and product to strengthen market traction.* Create clear promotion paths and manage career growth across pods.* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.**About You:**This role is ideal for a high-EQ people leader who has already proven themselves as a strong Sales Manager and is ready to step into a Senior Sales Manager scope.* 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing AEs (mid-market and/or enterprise) and ideally BDRs.* Proven track record building and leading high-performing sales teams in fast-growth environments.* Strong coaching instincts and high EQ; able to elevate underperformers and accelerate top talent.* Experience operating in an early-stage, unstructured environment where playbooks are still being built.* Comfortable managing pipeline, forecasting, segmentation, and process improvements.* Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership.* Motivated by autonomy, ownership, and helping build a sales org from the ground up.* A builder at heart—you enjoy creating scalable systems, not just running existing ones.* Located in the NYC area and open to hybrid work.Bonus Points* You’re an active participant in the crypto ecosystem, staying on top of emerging trends and protocols.* Experience selling and leading enterprise and mid-market teams across fintech verticals**The Extras that Matter:*** Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, 401(k)* Paid parental leave* Unlimited PTO (and they’ll actually encourage you to use it)* $3,000/year learning and development budget for conferences and education* Multiple team offsites per year* MacBook Pro and home office support* Lunch stipend for those in the NYC office
