A+ portfolio of luxury residences in Aspen/SMV managed by Bedrock Estate Management is hiring a mature, detail-oriented property manager with long‑term security in mind. This full‑time, year‑round position is for an experienced professional who will accountably complete responsibilities and advance in a career path. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned properties. Conduct weekly maintenance inspections and generate reports. Manage construction and design scope, including coordinating and supervising subcontractors. Perform hands‑on repairs when necessary. Maintain seasonal task lists for properties and contents. Receive and open packages, maintain vehicle (including washing), and run errands such as grocery shopping and stocking. Assist with preventive maintenance vision, shuttle vehicles, and client interaction. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in property management or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge, familiar with modern residences, smart home technology, plumbing, outdoor gear, and general problem solving. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Excellent written and oral communication, computer, and people skills. Self‑motivated, responsive, organized, detail oriented, and a team player. Compensation Compensation is in the superior range of +/-$65/hr ($115k/yr) based on experience; preference for Independent Contractor/1099.
