By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.## **Job Description**A Strategy Execution Expert is responsible for supporting the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives by ensuring progress toward defined objectives and outcomes. The position involves identifying and escalating resource needs—such as personnel, tools, and budget—to ensure successful project delivery, while maintaining alignment with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role assists in setting clear project charters, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and cadence systems to ensure structured execution. Acting as Scrum Master when needed, this position manages and maintains backlogs, assigns action items, and tracks key deliverables. It also plays a critical role in identifying risks, managing roadblocks, and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain momentum and refine implementation plans. Additionally, the role contributes to the development and recommendation of new processes, operating models, and best practices to support the Territory Lead in enhancing the capability, performance, and professional development of territory teams. A key focus is on driving the adoption of new ways of working and managing strategic projects that align with NTG’s overarching policies and goals.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** ****Strategic Planning:** Coordinate the initiative champions of the organization’s vision and strategy, enrolling others in these principles for daily decision-making.*** ****Team Leadership:** Implement and adapt strategy execution frameworks across teams and departments.*** ****Collaboration:** Design and maintain an effective system to monitor strategy performance and provide actionable insights by translating high-level goals into initiative roadmaps and deliverables*** ****Reporting:** Establish systems to track strategic progress, translate goals into actionable plans, and deliver high-impact reports to senior leadership.*** ****Performance Tracking:** Facilitate performance review forums to ensure effective performance management. Identify strengths and gaps in the current strategy execution approach and drive performance improvements.*** ****Strategy Partnership:** Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to champion the CTOO/CTA’s agenda and guide strategic initiatives toward long-term value creation.*** ****Best Practices:** Share insights and best practices across the organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.*** ****Program Oversight:** Develop a structured approach for key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while mobilizing the necessary resources.*** ****Risk Management:** Identify risks, resolve execution roadblocks, and ensure accountability*** ****Business Integration:** Fostering cross-departmental collaboration to support enterprise-wide goals****KPIs:*** **Successful delivery of strategic initiative deliverables*** **Attainment of the intended outcomes and results of the strategic initiatives*** **Attainment of the OKRs shared with Initiative Owners****Equal Opportunity Employer**
