Job Summary Sales Engineer – responsible for retaining & growing business in existing & new customers within the region, gaining market share.

Key Job Responsibilities

Identify additional sales opportunities and execute the sales strategy for the assigned geographical area.

Educate and evaluate end-users and channel partners to develop the appropriate plan to meet and exceed objectives.

Encourage and maintain excellent working relationships with distributors and end-users to develop partnerships.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of projects to drive the annual sales growth plan.

Keep customers well informed about latest technology developments and product innovations.

Regularly review market changes and dynamics to ensure opportunities align with the company's strategy.

Support and participate in team sales initiatives by sharing relevant information for assigned accounts.

Prepare regular progress, status and forecast reports to management for the assigned area of responsibility.

Spend approximately 80% of the time in front of end-users/customers.

Manage customer accounts payable and ensure on‑time collection.

Continuously improve knowledge of existing and new products and services.

Education / Key Skills

Bachelor of Engineering degree (or equivalent) with specialization in Mechanical Engineering.

Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information.

Able to assess customer needs competently.

Computer literate with good presentation skills and high drive/energy to coordinate and achieve sales plans.

Strong administrative and communication skills.

Willing to travel extensively.

Willing to work with cross‑functional teams to meet customer needs.
