Medical Social Worker Responsibilities
Evaluates psychosocial aspects of patients and families, refers and assists in the referral process to community agencies.
Medical Social Worker - Home Care Requirements
Driver’s License – State of Florida (required within 30 days of hire)
Master’s – Social Work or Master’s – Counseling
1 year of Social Work experience
Preferred 1 year of Home Care experience
