We are seeking a detail‑oriented
Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor and Closer
to join our Mortgage Lending team. In this role, you will prepare mortgage packets for underwriting and closing, maintain legal files, and ensure compliance with all lending regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under time constraints while maintaining accuracy.

What You'll Do
Order appraisal reports, credit reports, and other required documentation to ensure compliance.
Complete final evaluation and analysis of mortgage files for submission to the Mortgage Manager.
Prepare accurate legal closing documents and forward them to the title company with funds for disbursement.
Review loan commitments for outstanding conditions and clear them as necessary.
Assist with collection of monthly payments and maintenance of escrow accounts.
Prepare documentation for mortgage insurance as needed.
Provide annual escrow account analysis and release funds upon loan payoff.
Notify borrowers of ARM index, interest rate, and payment changes.
Prepare required reports for management.
